Caesar Salad-cos lettuce, lardons of bacon, crispy croutons,

creamy Caesar dressing, topped with fresh parmesan shavings

Armagnac Chicken Liver Pate -onion, bacon, Armagnac brandy,

 red onion marmalade, mixed salad  & toasted  sour dough 

Traditional old-style prawn cocktail-fresh Boston prawns on a bed of iceberg, topped with rosemary sauce, lemon

 

MAIN COURSES 

Roast Prime rib of Irish Beef -  on a bed of champ potato,  rich red wine jus      

Paupiette of fresh Kilmore Quay Plaice–stuffed with Boston prawn, clams,

shallots, spinach, celery, smoked paprika, caper hollandaise sauce    

Slow Roast Crown of Turkey -Savoury stuffing, cranberry sauce, jus de roti

Madras Breast of Chicken or vegetarian curry -Mango chutney, turmeric rice

Grilled Beef steak burger-In a light cracked black pepper, brandy cream

Sticky Toffee Pudding-topped with warm toffee sauce

Deep Apple Pie-served warm with Chantilly cream

Fresh Fruit Pavlova-with fresh cream or ice cream
